Small ones from 20 to 40 cm. eat a lot which will make you change the water of your fishtank very frequently. Remember that this is Hydrolicus armatus from Venezuela which grow up to 120 to 150 cm. long (4 to 5 feet) with fangs up to 2 inches long. Dont confuse this fish with Hydrolicus scomberoides which only grows to 30 to 40 cm. which is the &quot;small look alike brother&quot; fish that you see in pet shops.</description>
