Planted Refugium with Amphipods and Copepods

Featured is our best selling refugium planted with caulerpa prolifera (or “blade grass”), 4 pounds of our live sand. After adding our live amphipods and/or copepods the refugium serves as a nursery for new pods to grow without predators. As new pods populate the refugium naturally, they spill out of the refugium and into the main reef tank. The result is a well feed aquarium full of bio-diversity. “Feed your fuge, Feed your Reef” -www.precisionaquatech.com
