Betta fish blowing bubbles!
My Male Betta has passed away. If you want to leave some info with comments feel free too it might help people out who want to breed them.
My Male Betta was making a bubble nest after seeing the female, I put them in together, they seemed ready to mate, the female had her eggs, but they weren’t, while he was blowing the bubbles she was destroying the nest. I removed her 5 minutes after I stopped filming and I put them in their own 10 gallon tanks.

Male Betta Fish Caring for Fry
The video shows a male beta fish picking up his young in his mouth and spitting them into the bubble nest. the female gives birth to the eggs and does nothing else to actually care for them.

Hand feeding my female betta fish
I’ve had these fish in this tank for about one week now and they are getting along just fine. I’ve also got two mollies in there left over from cycling. I was feeding them tubifex worms they also eat flakes and pellets. *update October 20 2008 only 3 blue female bettas survive the tank & coexist somewhat peacefully lots of live plants near the surface are needed.

My Betta fish fighting in display i have some crowntail females halfmoons and a marble I had rescued some fishes from petco and other places i took the white one in because it had fin rot and i took the blue CT because it didn’t eat now they got a lot better
I have some more bettas but I will record them later on… =]
