my 50, 5 and 20 gallon saltwater aquariums

my new yellow spotted stingray my friend caught its in my 50 gallon aquarium and my other 2 5 gallon has my anemone shrimp and crab with a bicolor damsel and 20 gallon has my clownfish a cocoa damsel, squirrelfish 4 greenbanded gobies and a femal rosy blenny.

    it swam in my friend net and while he was catch another fish and did not want to come out its funny cause h was like a play full dog he didnt fight the net at all so we just kept her

    the 2 tanks are …
    the 2 tanks are down now but the 20 gallon had a regular 30 gallon rated tetra hang-on fliter and the 50 gallon had a 75gallon tank rated boi hang-on filter with suface skimmer and the light were not good at all i think both had t6 daylight bulbs

    OK but i was just wondering cause its not on the sticker back glass i figured it could drill cause i see people drill the back or their tanks on youtube and theirs say tempered glass on the bottom of it mine has the exact same thing

    noooooooooooooooooo!!!!!
    do not drill tempered glass! tempered glass means that if you crack it in any way it will shatter in to a million pieces. it happened to me. if you don,t believe me then their are videos on youtube of people doing it.

    at the time the tank was up no protein skimmers but i toke down for space for my new 125 gallon PERFECTO tank BTW do you know if i could drill the back it says tempered glass don’t drill on the bottom glass cause i want to make a overflow to the sump now just scared it’ll break that would be $400 wasted

    i knocked down the 50 and only the 20 withe 130w pc light over it now and the anemones are just fine its about 1 and a half years old now. the 125 broke in the shippment so about 1week ill be gettin a new one. its kinda hard to get everything i really need cause i live in grand cayman

    the stingray was found in cayman and I only us a 30 gallon marinland filter and son kent liquid calcium, the fishes are 1 buegregory damsel, squirrel fish, saddled blenny,4green banded gobies, and 2 flamingo tongue snails all caught in cayman an the tomatoe clown i bought from my LPS for $30 no corals other than som zoas in caught and wild pink tipped giant anemone all under 2 20wt reef lights untill i get my 125 reef ill post a vid as soon as I get it.

    what kind of equipment are you using for your 20 galon fish tank? what kind of corals, sea anemones and fish do you have in your 20 gallon fish tank? wear did you friend found the sting ray?

    it is only for a while until i get my 125 gallon setup i will have a 386 watt light a vortech mp40 and a 30 gallon sump and other pumps for flow so this tank is just to keep them alive until its ready.

    yes it is a yellow spotted ray i got it from the sea in grand cayman my home town and the black and white damsel is a bicolored damsel he is actually wild and not that aggressive of all the other damsels thanks for the comment though

    i c u have a Whitetail Dascyllus, which contrary to belief are actually agressive fish, basically any damsel that showcase the color black are agressive and shouldnt be kept in a community tank, it may b ok in a 50 gal like urs but nethin less wouldnt b good for the other reef fish like that clown u have, it would swim around it until the clown stressed out and died, and btw y do u have a ray in a 50 gal

    dude your setup is …
    dude your setup is horrible. i dont know if you just started but you dont have everything that is required. you cant just use that regular fluorescnet lighting man. u dont even have protein skimmer. good luck on keeping yout anemones healthy.
