You shouldn’t have more than maybe 6 at most of the LITTLEST ones in that size tank. A rough rule is approximately 3/4 to one inch of fish per gallon, not four inches of fish per gallon.

aqauriums can be … aqauriums can be overstocked as long as you have adequate filteration and carry out regular maintenance such as water changes add treatments such as nutrafin cycle and aqua plus. And test your water regular.
koi ponds are a fine example of how overstocked a body of water can be as long as it’s cared for properly.
